The UFC has Saturday night in Las Vegas, but four other promotions get there first. ONE Fight Night 49 opens the weekend at Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok at 9:00 p.m. ET on Friday. On Saturday, OKTAGON 97 starts at noon ET (6:00 p.m. in Hannover), and BKFC 96 in Glasgow and Cage Warriors 212 in London both go at 2:00 p.m. ET, 7:00 p.m. GMT. That's 41 bouts on four cards, every one of them starting before the first UFC prelim.

I'm not going to pretend I can preview all 41 properly, so this is the short version. I'll stick to the lines that moved, the bouts that weren't on these cards a week ago, and a pick for each headliner. The odds below are the sportsbook consensus, and the percentage is the favorite's share once the bookmaker's margin is stripped out. All of it is information only, not betting advice. Every card also has its own guide to start times and broadcasters, linked in each section.

ONE Fight Night 49: two long layoffs, priced very differently

Lucas Gabriel (11-1, 1 NC) vs Magomed Magomedov (15-0) went up on Tuesday morning as a pick'em, -115 each way, with one book on the board. Every book that has arrived since has priced the Brazilian a little shorter. With seven books up, Gabriel is -129 and Magomedov +102, a 53.2 percent favorite. Gabriel is 5-0 with a no contest in ONE and has gone the distance in four of those wins. Magomedov makes his ONE debut, took the fight when Alibeg Rasulov came off on October 24, and hasn't fought since June 2025.

So the market is charging Magomedov a little for 17 months away. It's charging Ilmadi Israilov nothing for more than two years. Israilov is 9-0 and 23, and his last fight was a decision over Nurbolat Abu at ACA Young Eagles 49 in September 2024. He opened at -310 against Qalandar Tabarov and has only got shorter. The big jump, -341 to -404, came on Wednesday night when a sixth book arrived. He sits at -383 now, a 75 percent favorite. Tabarov, 27, out of Tajikistan, is 5-0 in MMA and submitted his last two MMA opponents. In between, he lost a kickboxing decision to Kang Er in August.

The other line worth noting is the kickboxing rematch. Taiki Naito opened at -120 against Kongthoranee Sor Sommai and has stretched to -135, 51.0 percent to 54.3. Kongthoranee beat him under Muay Thai rules at ONE Friday Fights 37 in October 2023. Naito has won his last three, and Kongthoranee only snapped a four-fight skid in September. The market is pricing the last two years, not the head-to-head.

Prediction: Gabriel by decision. Naito by decision. Israilov by decision, though I'd feel better about it if he'd fought at any point in 2025.

OKTAGON 97: the title line finally moved

I covered this market in detail earlier in the week in the OKTAGON 97 odds piece, so here's only what has happened since. Igor Severino vs Max Holzer had been priced exactly once, at -252 and +182. On Wednesday morning a fifth book arrived and the champion went to -273. He's -275 now, a 68.7 percent favorite against the 12-0 Hannover fighter. Most of that move came with the new book, so it's a weak signal. Still, it moved toward the champion, not toward the unbeaten home fighter.

The cleanest move is still Justin Detzel. With the same five books on the board from Wednesday morning to Thursday morning, he went from -189 to -200 against Kacper Frątczak. That's the hometown 22-year-old shortening with no new book involved.

Prediction: Severino by decision. Holzer has finished 10 of his 12, but Severino's only loss on record is a disqualification.

Start times and broadcasters: OKTAGON 97 card, start times and how to watch.

BKFC 96: a thin market and one honest move

The Glasgow card has changed five times since October 22, including the main event. Champion Conor Cooke came off on November 2 and Leigh Cohoon took the slot against Sean Weir. The market has barely blinked. Weir opened at -200 and is -196 on three books, 62.1 percent. Weir has finished all three of his opponents. Cohoon stopped Ste Wallwork on September 26, so Saturday comes six weeks after that, and he's moving back up from middleweight to do it.

This is the thinnest market of the four. No bout has more than three books, and Stevie Ray vs Danny Christie has one book and one reading. Ray (26-13 in MMA), making his bare-knuckle debut, is -150 there. The other MMA veteran debuting on the card, Scott Malone (9-7 in MMA), is priced the opposite way: -102 against Keiran Sewell, a 46.7 percent underdog to a man who is 2-1 bare knuckle.

The one move made by the same books came on the prelims. Between 12:51 and 20:51 UTC on Wednesday, with three books up both times, Rhys Pagan went from +147 to +127 against Danny Moir, 37.9 percent to 41.3. Pagan is 33, Scottish and new to bare knuckle. His one pro bout on record is a boxing decision loss to Lerrone Richards in 2017. Moir is 3-2-1 bare knuckle, and both of his losses came by stoppage. One of them was a second-round TKO by Matt Hodgson in March 2025, and Hodgson is the man Weir knocked out in the first round this March.

Prediction: Weir by TKO. Pagan by KO, which is me agreeing with the only line on this card that moved on its own.

Start times and broadcasters: BKFC 96 card, start times and how to watch.

Cage Warriors 212: half a card built this week

Cage Warriors 212 has nine bouts, and five of them were either added or re-paired since Monday. Connor Patterson vs Efstathios Piperigos and Mattia Giordano vs Maximilien Vallot went on, and Angel Bellucci got a new opponent, on November 2. Simone Patrizi vs Armands Gruznovs came on November 4. Then at 21:28 UTC on Wednesday, the card picked up a ninth fight.

Taylor Rose vs Milton Afonso Cabral got its first price 84 minutes after it was added, and it is the shortest number on the card. Rose is -983, an 85.5 percent favorite, shorter than the headliner. He's 19 and 2-0 as a pro. He beat Hassan Hussain by decision at Apex Combat Championship 2 on October 10, then submitted Radley Andrews in the first round at Cage Rage 7 on October 24. Saturday will be his third pro fight in 28 days. Cabral is 36 and 4-7, and he has lost five straight, four of them inside the distance. The latest was a second-round submission by Craig Rawlins at Raged UK 26, on the same night Rose beat Andrews. Nobody needs me to explain why the number is where it is. I'd just like to know who made that call on Wednesday.

The biggest move of the whole weekend is also in London. Arturo Izquierdo opened at -300 against Hany Musleh on Wednesday night and was -198 by 09:51 UTC on Thursday, 69.2 percent down to 62.4. Part of that came from books arriving. But between 06:52 and 07:22 UTC the same two books took him from -270 to -238 on their own. Izquierdo makes his pro debut after going 4-2 as an amateur. Musleh, 21 and Syrian, is 1-2 as a pro. He lost a decision to Stefan Vesca, was submitted in the third round by Gruznovs (who is also on this card) in March, and stopped Gabriel Evans in the first round in July. On paper, the man with three pro fights is the underdog to the man with none, and the market is narrowing that gap fast.

Two lines went the other way. Patterson has gone from -450 to -563 against Piperigos, and peaked at -623 overnight. Up top, Manuel Del Valle is -780 against Luan Duarte, 83.1 percent. That fits a 29-year-old on a four-fight win streak facing a 34-year-old on his third fight in nine weeks.

Prediction: Del Valle by TKO in the second, which is where three of his four streak wins ended. Rose by submission. Musleh by decision. I wouldn't have written that at -300 on Wednesday night, and I'm not sure I believe it at -198.

Start times and broadcasters: Cage Warriors 212 card, start times and how to watch.

The common thread

Across 41 bouts, the market has been happy to price a return after more than two years away, a 19-year-old's third fight in a month and a debut against a fighter with three pro bouts, and it has barely touched a bare-knuckle title fight whose challenger changed five days out. The lines that moved most on their own were Izquierdo, Detzel and Pagan, and two of those are prelims. Every result, method and round lands on the event pages as each bout ends, and the pick'em is open until the first bell. So who had heard of Taylor Rose on Tuesday?
