ONE Friday Fights 176 start times, how to watch Rambong vs Thompson

ONE Friday Fights 176 and The Inner Circle 36 go out from Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok on Friday, October 30. The card has fourteen bouts: ten Muay Thai, two kickboxing and two MMA. There is no title on the line, and the main event is a three-round flyweight Muay Thai fight between a Lumpinee regular and an Englishman. ONE bills the night as international fighters chasing a US$100,000 contract with the promotion.

Thailand's Rambong Sor Therapat meets England's Jacob Thompson. Rambong is 11-5 in ONE across sixteen bouts. He won three straight this year, a split decision over Songpandin Chor Kaewwiset in February, a majority decision over Pethuahin Jitmuangnon in April and a split decision over Sornsueknoi FA Group in June, before Chartpayak Saksatoon beat him by unanimous decision on August 28. That run came straight after two knockout losses in 2025, to Suriyanlek Por Yenying in July and Stephen Irvine in October. Thompson is 2-2 in ONE and every one of those fights went the full three rounds. He lost a split decision to Buakaew Sor Sor Pakorn in February, then beat Takuma Ota by unanimous decision on June 5 and has not fought since.

The only man on the card who has fought for a ONE title is Numsurin Chor Ketwina, who faces Akram Hamidi at atomweight Muay Thai. Numsurin is 7-2 in ONE and went five rounds with Nadaka for the atomweight Muay Thai title at ONE 173 last November, losing a unanimous decision. He dropped a decision to Pet Suanluangrodyok in March, then beat Songchainoi Kiatsongrit by unanimous decision on June 26, his second win over him. Hamidi, who fights out of Algeria and France, is 3-2 in ONE and comes down from strawweight, where he beat Watcharaphon Laochokcharoen by unanimous decision on July 31. His two ONE losses came against Sam-A Gaiyanghadao, by first-round knockout in September 2024, and Prajanchai PongSuphan PK in a 2023 kickboxing bout.

Petkhaokradong Lukjaomaesaithong returns to featherweight against Morocco's Abdelali Zahidi. Petkhaokradong is 4-2 in ONE and has won three in a row by unanimous decision, over Tun Min Aung at welterweight in March, Victor Hugo at lightweight in May and Vadzim Shapiatsiuk at lightweight on August 14. Zahidi is 1-1 in ONE and also beat Tun Min Aung, by second-round knockout in November 2024, but he has not been back since Marat Grigorian knocked him out in the second round of a kickboxing bout on December 20, 2024.

The first of the two MMA fights is a rebooking. New Zealand's Ethan Brockett and Brazil's Pedro Duarte were set to meet at featherweight at ONE Friday Fights 169 on September 4, and that bout was cancelled. Brockett is 2-0 in ONE, with a second-round submission of Rayyan Butt in March and a unanimous decision over Sora Enmei in June. Duarte makes his ONE debut.
