DWCS 96 card, start times and how to watch da Lapa vs Cabral
Full Contender Series 96 card, start time in ET and BRT, and how to watch Douglas da Lapa vs Davi Cabral live from Las Vegas on Tuesday, October 13.
Dana White's Contender Series 96 puts five fights on at the Meta Apex in Las Vegas on Tuesday, October 13, with no titles on the bill and five of the ten fighters still unbeaten as professionals. Three rounds a fight, one block, and four of the five bouts feature at least one Brazilian.
The headliner is an all-Brazilian middleweight fight between two unbeaten 27-year-olds. Douglas da Lapa (6-0) has stopped his last two opponents by second-round TKO at LFA 216 and LFA 234, and Davi Cabral (7-0) comes in off a split decision over Perry Stargel at Peak Fighting 53 in July. Somebody's zero goes on Tuesday. Further down, Ilias Bulaid (9-0) and Erick Visconde (17-3) finally get their featherweight fight. It was booked for Contender Series 94 two weeks ago and fell off that card, and it was added to this one on September 30.
Start times
Contender Series runs as a single block with no prelims.
- Main card: 7:00 p.m. ET (8:00 p.m. BRT in Brazil, 4:00 p.m. PT in Las Vegas, midnight BST into Wednesday, October 14 in the UK)

- Luis Francischinelli vs William Rentz, welterweight
- Smilla Sundell vs Aline Pereira, women's bantamweight

The most interesting name on the card is Sweden's Smilla Sundell (2-0). She is 21, she won three ONE Championship Muay Thai title fights at strawweight between 2022 and 2024, and she has two TKO wins in MMA, the latest at Tuff-N-Uff 154 in June. Here she fights at women's bantamweight against Brazil's Aline Pereira (3-2), who is 15 years older and won a split decision at MVP MMA 1 in May. Bulaid brings the other striking résumé to the card: alongside his 9-0 MMA record he is 18-3 as a professional kickboxer.
Visconde and Francischinelli share a recent night out. Visconde headlined LFA 232 in May and won a split decision over Gustavo Pintos, and Francischinelli (6-1) stopped Travis Arrellano in the second round on the same card. Francischinelli now meets William Rentz (8-2), who has two first-round stoppages this year. Jason Asher (5-0) and Gregory Foster (7-1) round out the card with a combined four first-round finishes in their last two fights each.
