ACA 208 puts sixteen fights on at the Sport Hall Colosseum in Grozny on Sunday, October 4, five on the main card and eleven on the prelims. The headliner is a five-round lightweight title fight that was supposed to happen in August, and the co-main sends a 22-2 lightweight up a division.

Daud Shaikhaev (18-5-1) and Bibert Tumenov (16-2) were first booked for ACA 206 on August 15, and the bout fell off that card. Tumenov has won six straight since a decision loss to Islam Omarov in March 2021, five of them inside the distance, the latest a first-round TKO of Alexander Grozin at ACA 200 in February. Shaikhaev is unbeaten since a five-round decision loss to Ali Bagov in June 2024 (two wins and a draw), and his last outing was a five-round unanimous decision over Herdeson Batista in January.

In the co-main, Abdul-Aziz Abdulvakhabov (22-2) fought his last three at lightweight, most recently knocking out Ali Bagov in the second round at ACA 189 in July 2025. He meets Gleison Tibau (40-19) at welterweight. Tibau is 42 and has 28 UFC fights on his record.

Start times

  • Card begins: 6:00 a.m. ET (1:00 p.m. in Grozny and Moscow, 11:00 a.m. BST), Sunday, October 4

Timur Valiev (19-5), whose last UFC fight was a decision loss to Jack Shore in March 2022, was also on the ACA 206 card before his bout there was scrapped.
