Cage Warriors 211 puts thirteen fights into the PalaPellicone in Rome on Saturday, October 17, and every one of them has an Italian in at least one corner. There are no titles on the line. The main event is a middleweight fight that brings Dario Bellandi back to a Rome crowd eight months after the first stoppage loss of his pro career, against a short-notice replacement opponent.

Bellandi (9-2) had won four straight before Paddy McCorry stopped him at 2:28 of the first round at Cage Warriors 200 in February. Three of those four wins went the full five rounds: Mick Stanton at Cage Warriors 164, Robin Roos at Cage Warriors 175 and a split decision over Naglis Kanišauskas at Cage Warriors 183. His average fight time of 18:43 is the longest on our all-time Cage Warriors boards. Brazil's Aldo Pereira (13-11-2) steps in for Renato Valente Alves and comes up from welterweight on a three-fight skid. He lost on the same Cage Warriors 200 card as Bellandi, stopped by Leon Hill at 3:16 of the second round, after a unanimous decision loss to Anthony Orozco at Cage Warriors 194, and he dropped a split decision to Max Alves at Jungle Fight 152 in June. His last win was a unanimous decision over Francesco Mazzeo at light heavyweight at Cage Warriors 191 in June 2025.

The co-main is now a featherweight fight between Giuseppe Mastrogiacomo and Alexis Tsarmantidis, and it may be the best one on paper. Mastrogiacomo (9-1) is 6-1 in Cage Warriors, and his one loss was a first-round submission against Aiden Lee at Cage Warriors 183. He knocked out Erick Washington in the second round at Cage Warriors 204 in Rome in April. Greece's Tsarmantidis (7-2) has won two straight since a submission loss to Maximus Lally, the latest a third-round TKO of Oliver Tero at Cage Warriors 202 in March.

Start times

  • Prelims: 12:00 p.m. ET (5:00 p.m. BST in the UK and Ireland / 6:00 p.m. CEST in Rome / 9:00 a.m. PT)
  • Main card: 2:00 p.m. ET (7:00 p.m. BST / 8:00 p.m. CEST / 11:00 a.m. PT)

The start time has moved more than once since October 12. The card now opens two hours earlier than the original 8 p.m. first bell in Rome, which is when the main card begins, so anyone who set an alarm for the old time should reset it. The event page keeps the running order and estimated fight times current as the card runs.

The full card

Main card (2 p.m. ET / 8 p.m. CEST)

Prelims (12 p.m. ET / 6 p.m. CEST)

The card has been rebuilt this week. Aldo Pereira replaced Renato Valente Alves in the main event, Enrico Di Gangi replaced Pietro Mochetti against Tommy Brunning, and Angelo Coppola replaced Amer Salameh against Jonathan Rivera, a fight that moved to the prelims. Three bouts came off entirely: Giuseppe Ruggeri vs Alexander Lööf, the original co-main, Valentina Scatizzi vs Eimear Darcy and Michael Pagani vs Christopher Bajo. Di Gangi arrives on a two-fight win streak, a first-round submission of Claudio Iancu at Cage Warriors 204 in Rome in April after a unanimous decision over Jack McLoughlin at Cage Warriors 198. Earlier, on October 6, Andrei Gabura replaced Andrei Fabbi as Federico Rotoni's opponent and Bellotta vs Tosco was added; Rotoni vs Gabura is now listed at featherweight. Rotoni is 18-8 as an amateur and has no pro fight on record. Every change is logged on the event page.
